I have a computer with windows 8.1. everything works fine except that when I print I get a message displayed on the paper as pcl xl error subsystem kernel unsupported protocol. Help me out.
You may get this error due some kind of printing problem. Fisrt way to solve the problem is to try troubleshooting the problem. If this doesn’t help me download a trouble shooter printer software. If may happen that it sees the printer but not fix it. If problem persists, then contact your manufacturer. He may lead your to download an update file that could help you. Once you install the update file your problem will be fixed. Hope this helps.
