Well, it is a quite common problem in Microsoft Outlook. Well, the default timeout in Microsoft Outlook for private is 15 minutes and for the public account is 8 hours.
In your case, if it is timing out consistently every time for any option at 10 minutes interval then perhaps you have some timeout set somewhere else on your device like a hardware load balancer.
