I use a lightweight directory access protocol administrator for searching for contact information. Lately, I don’t know what changes has happened but I am unable to make a connection for Idap administrator for Mac OS x. How can I fix this?

However, if the problem just appeared without you changing anything, it's most likely the issue date and time. If the date and time on your computer aren't set correctly, you can't establish a secure connection to the server so that might be the cause of the problem. To resolve this check and fix your Date and Time settings in the control panel.
