I am using Windows 7 on my laptop and I can’t play DVD movies. I received a following error message which I did not receive earlier while playing movies. Please resolve this problem immediately and suggest me the possible solutions. Thanks.

Hi Nancy,

Your problem could be in your graphics cards drivers. Some cards have TV encoders which do not meet Macrovision requirements. The encoders that do not support are the Conexant CX25870 and BT868 TV encoders. If you have a graphics card that is equipped with those TV encoders then it will not support playback of your files. For many the solution to that problem was to install older drivers of their card.
