Kubuntu installation error in Windows 7

Good day everyone,

I am an absolute newbie when it comes to using Kubuntu, so I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this installation problem that I've been experiencing.

I have been using Ubuntu for a long time now, and I figured that I should check out what Kubuntu has to offer, too.

Thus, I decided to install Kubuntu on my Windows 7 machine, but upon rebooting my computer, the screen froze.

So, I had to switch it off, restart all over again, and key in Kubuntu, but what I saw instead was a screen full of dots.

Since this is the first time that I've seen something like that, I decided to uninstall Kubuntu, but I cannot find any uninstall option in the Control Panel.

Does anybody know what's happening to my computer? How will I be able to uninstall Kubuntu at this point?

Thanks to everyone who will be helping me out! Cheers.

Dear Ricarey

To uninstall kubuntu from your windows 7, right click Computer and select Manage. Select the Linux partition you created (by its size because it may be titled as unknown) and click DELETE.

You may re-partition it again if you would like to use.

To edit your Boot Configuration Data BCD, you have several options:

1. You may install a third party program called EasyBcd to help you edit your BCD in a very easy way.

2. You may use the BCDedit command line to configure the store if you don't like to use a third party program.

Hope this may help you.

Best of luck.
