Kobo setup error, file won’t open

I am getting the Kobo Setup error message while recently I downloaded this software successfully now I am receiving this weird error. I really need an expert’s advice to fix this matter immediately. I reinstalled the application but could not find any improvement. Help me!

This error is due to the missing USB library port. The primary fix for this is to download a “libusb.dll” file from the internet. You can find one here: www.sourceforge.net. Another website that also has this file. Just make sure that you download the right file for your computer, as there are 2 versions of this. There is the 64-bit version and there is also the 32-bit version, you can download both and install them one by one, to see which one is the best for your computer.
