Hi. To learn how to burn songs onto a CD with Windows media player, the steps are as follows-
1) First, in the CD-ROM, insert a blank CD
2) To check the type of drive, click on control panel, then device manager and finally click on disk drives
3) Click on start menu
4) Select the all apps option
5) Then, open Windows media player
6) On the right-side appears a burn option which needs to be clicked on
7) Then, in the list of items to be burned, copy the songs
8) Under the burn menu, select the audio CD option from the options listed
9) Click on the start burn option
10) After the process completes, the CD will automatically get ejected
11) In case, you stop the process in between, you will have to restart it and use a new CD for the process
