We are using our own keyboard layout in office environment because of security purpose. On the domain many times it is seemed that keyboard layout is problematic even after installing the office specific layout. Now there is not even actual layout. Keyboard is problematic as i have checked it on other system.
Then where is the issue and what is the solution.

I understand what you want to say about your system layouts and keyboard. So what I think is that there is a problem of your keyboard servers and because there is only one layout connection in your office and it helps to make every system connected with each other .so many times it happens that there is an issue of current arises. I simply wants to say that current is not passes accurately in all of your devises and because of it sometimes many keyboards are not working in its original condition and also sometimes current passes more than its actual speed so it also create a problem with keys. This issue is also very much dangerous for your all systems in a sense that they may become damage your whole office system so its better to you and your office too that you can fix this problem of your system layout as soon as possible.

I have faced this issue many times and have found two solutions for this problem.
Firstly, I found this problem when I was working with Dell Laptop, and for solution I found that it can be issue with the “Num Lock” active mode. In this case actually when you will turn on the “Num Lock Mode” then it will work as a calculator or numeric keyboard and will play the numeric digits given on the button having both character and digit vales. And normally you will take it as a wrong keyboard response. For this, press “Num Lock” button once to turn off the num lock mode.
Secondly, it can be issue with the keyboard wire or with your current voltage system. Because in this case it can be issue with the current passing through keyboard wire, if the speed is not normal then keyboard will not response in the sense you want. It will generate dummy codes, that sends to the operating system and operating system will show the character or digit according to the given code on the screen, and these are obviously not your desired characters or digits. In this case, replace your old keyboards with new ones. And if the issue is still there then check your current voltage system. If the problem is with voltage system, then you must take action as soon as possible, because it can damage your complete system or parts of your network system.
