I’m looking for some answer. I want to turn HDD into media player. Is it possible to use my HDD? Any comments or suggestion on what should I do? It will be a great help to be able to get with this.

Connect the hard drive to your computer using USB data cable.
Click “Start,” Go to “(My) Computer”
Double click the removable device icon. A list of files currently stored on your hard drive will show.
Copy all audio or video files directly to the hard drive.
Disconnect the hard drive from the system tray. Click the device icon or hd name and select Disconnect.
Restart the system.
Go to Windows Media Player and select the playlist you have just created.
