Why the fault code 027-777 error code appears in the system? Describe the solutions to fix the problem?
Fault code 027-777 appears in the system while scanning the emails. When the xerox machine fails to scan the emails with SMTP, an authentication error appears in the system. The error message description, ‘027-777. The SMTP server does not support SMTP-AUTH (after connection to the server).’
The procedure to fix the error code is that the customer has to send mail without setting SMTP-AUTH. If the mail says that the SMTP-AUTH feature is required, then consult with the system administrator.
