Whenever I am attempting to access a shared calendar through Outlook Web Access, it gives me an error which displays ‘403 Error’. But there is no problem when the same is accessing in LAN.
It is configured with 2 x Cat and 2 x MS clusters.
Please help me to find out the problem. Thanks in advance.

In case the directory browsing has turned off in the Exchange HTTP virtual directory, then it is the one causing the problem and you will need to check that using the steps below:
First you will need to open the Exchange System Manager, and then you will navigate to the OWA server.
There you will need to expand Protocols, and then you will expand HTTP, and thereafter you will expand Exchange Virtual Server.
After that you will need to right-click Exchange, and then choose Properties.
Once you have done that you will need to click the Access tab, and then ensure that the Directory Browsing check box has been selected. If it is not, then you will need to select the box, and then click OK.
