This is because servers might be busy and not responding to your device. That`s why you are getting this problem. Try again sometime later and if you still have problem then re-boot your iPhone. Don`t use any third party app to update your phone. Update directly from app store for further details visit this link.

It runs on 1 GB DDR2 RAM with internal storage available in 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB capacities.

The primary camera supports 8 megapixels with f/2.4, 33mm, LED flash, and autofocus featuring face detection, panorama, 1/3.2″ sensor size, 1.4 µm pixel size, HDR (photo), touch focus, and geo-tagging. It is available in black/slate and white/silver colors. When updating the iOS version of your phone, it will always update to the latest possible version supported by your device.

Since iOS 10 is already out and your phone can be updated until iOS 10.2, your phone will update to this version by default instead of iOS 8. For a more stable updating of your phone, update it using a computer. Start iTunes then connect your phone to your computer using the USB cable that came with it.

Select your device in iTunes then click “General” or “Settings” and then click “Check for Update”. Click “Download and Update” then enter your passcode when you are prompted.
