I am using a Windows 10 PC and Office 2010. All the Office apps are working properly, except for Excel. Excel suddenly crashes while working with an exception code – 0xc0000005. I have updated the app and ran the troubleshooter, but it did not help. Is there any way to solve the 0xc0000005 Excel issue?

b. Type excel /safe and press enter.
c. If the application works well, the error is caused by add-ins.
