e. Check your CPU usage.

a. Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
b. Type Regedit and press enter.
c. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TokenBroker.
d. Right-click on the Start token.
e. Click on Modify.
f. In the Value Data box, enter 4.
g. Save the changes.
h. Restart your device.
i. Check CPU usage.
Keep your Windows updated, and scan for viruses. Moreover, keep on deleting tasks that are not in use to reduce CPU usage.
