My iPhone is not syncing when I plugged it thrown me an error: The iPhone “TheBackpackr’s iPhone” cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13019).

Don’t worry about the error message. Most of the time error-13019 occurs for the voice memos as a result of the corrupt play list. So you can try to delete it and try again to sync.
If this is not working then you can try another option : First you’ve to deselect the sync music option from the music tab and apply it. Now click Sync. If the sync is complete then reselect the Sync Music Option. Click apply. You can follow the same steps for the other contents like applications and podcasts too.
