I have an iPhone and I discovered that I can create a home screen link whenever I access the Internet. This is done by simply pressing the “+” key at the bottom of the iPhone. With this, my iPhone places a link to the website I often visit on my home screen automatically. I wonder if this feature is also applicable to an iPad. Please enlighten me.
Is this iPHONE option available in iPad also?
Hi Tracy,
Yes this is possible. You can also add a home screen link on your iPAD just like in your iPhone. To do that you just need to Press the ‘+’ sign on the Safari browser’s left side bar. There would be three options appearing for you to choose. You then need to choose the Add to Home screen option from the choices. You can also amend the title of the Home screen display. You just have to make sure that you do have at least a free app spot on your original home screen for you to be able to have an option to add a home screen.
