I love to hear songs, that too in iPhone with excellent sound. I have a problem, might be silly I am not able to sync my iPhone with iTunes in my laptop. When I plug in to sync I am getting this error message saying information required for activation could not be obtained from the iPhone. So I tired the common methods like restarting the system, re-opened the iTunes and even the phone, but no luck still getting this error. Any help? Thanks.

It is a pretty common problem when synchronizing your Smartphone with iTunes. And the usual reason why this happens is that you are probably using an old version and you did not check if a new version is already available. iTunes is an application known to have lots of different errors and if you are using it then you should be getting yourself used to having these errors.
To fix your problem, download the latest version from iTunes 11.1.5 Download. Remove the old version from your computer and install iTunes 11.1.5 then try synchronizing again. It should fix the problem. When synchronizing, make sure your handset is connected to a network because if it is offline or your phone is disconnected from the network because the SIM card is not inserted then you might receive the same error.
Unlike old Nokia handsets where the phone can’t be used if it doesn’t have a SIM card, with today’s Smartphones it is now possible to use and play music on the handset even without a SIM card but you will not be able to make any calls and probably will not be able to synchronize your phone as well.
So it is important that your phone has a SIM card and it is connected to a network before you synchronize.
