Hello Diana,

Well Yes there are various ways to use an IPhone as a USB Stick or probably USB flash drive. I would suggest you to try Diskaid. Like one of my friend is using its basically the best tool for a PC or a Laptop with the help of which you can use your IPhone or even IPad as external mass storage and it allows you to transfer files between both the devices, rename folders and various other functions.

You can download it from the link given link

Just download it and see the magic.

Cheers!!

Hello Diana,

Actually iphone and ipad both supports only FAT32 file system and the most unfortunate thing is none of those devices support any other device which does not support FAT32 file transfer system. So the first answer is without any supporting software it cannot be used as USB Stick or as a flash drive. Actually this kind of software usually given with the operating system also few you can download from Google play.

Are you sure that your device is all right! If so than connect the device before switch on the ipad2. Now switch on your device. I hope your ipad will recognize the device.

Thank you,
