Iobit startup manager delayed program not starting

I have learned that in the startup manager you can delay some programs. Upon trying the time of the startup decreased, but the delayed program have never started. So, what should i do for them to start? Can the delayed time be changed?

Iobit startup manager delayed program not starting

Hello,

This is a common problem most of Iobit users are facing. You can correct your delayed program issue through using below steps.

1.   Open your windows task manger and close ASCService.exe

2.   Then you have to download the ASCService.rar file using below link and extract it and you will get new ASCService.exe

3.   Then replace the new ASCService.exe into ASC folder which is in the program file  Iobit  Advanced System Care folder
