Introduction To Edge Transport Server Regarding Networking
Edge Transport Server is an exchange server that helps to route internet email as well as protect the exchange information from harmful viruses and spam. It was introduced in the year of 2007 and, the edge trigger server are deployed in an exchange organization’s perimeter network.
Edge Transport Server handles message protection and security and, this server is ran by various agents of the field and, it also acts on email message as they are processed. The Edge Transport Server discontinued, as a new server released in 2013 named as Exchange Server 2013.
