Hi Nicolebryan!

You may try to download and install the latest version of your Internet Explorer browser which is IE 9 to your computer to prevent this error to happen again. Please check this link

If you would encounter an error again then, try to uninstall the old version of your Internet Explorer from the Control Panel Programs Uninstall a Program.

Then, look for your IE browser and Left-click it to highlight it then left – click on Uninstall/Change option.

Click the FINISH button to complete the process. Restart the computer and reinstall the IE9.

Hello Nicole,

An advice for you is whenever type filehippo.com please do not press Ctrl+Enter this will make the address which is an invalid domain name. This might be your problem as you see the following error.

But if this error comes again then there are many solutions you can try step by step:

1. You must disable the script debugging; you can find it on tools > Advanced > display a notification about every script error. Uncheck this box

2. From another computer or a browser test the web page again.

3. Always remove all the temporary files.

4. Update your browser to the latest version.

Thanks
