I have wireless control program PI16F877A for exchange data between PC or Phone using EasyBT (RBT-001) module which is purchased from MikroElektronika. I tried examples in project but not implemented. Micro-controller will examine proper switching relays after transfer character from hyper terminal to the easiest. Please help me by giving an example to do interface from the PIC.

If you need to design a PLC or DCS then it is easy to implement. If you are using some relay on other hand and you need to get some data or you want to implement it as a program then you can adapt it by PLC or DCS. It purely is on you what you want to implement. Here is a example of these systems.
A car parking requires that when a car is being parked in parking area then it must submit a signal to the device and it will show that there is a car in the parking. Parking allows 12 cars at a time in parking area so that when the parking area is full the sensing device will submit a signal to the device to close the car parking and display the message that car parking is full. Now when a car gets out then the device must submit a signal that the car is out and set the status of the message to parking allowed. The system works in this order and all the devices are attached to a central computer with operation on a PLC which is mutation by a user.
This is the simple example of a PLC and if you need to set some devices in this manner you can do that by implementing. You can use Automation devices and instruments as per your requirements.
