I think I have a problem with the system’s Bluetooth. I have Windows 8 operating system and 64-bit and 500 GB hard disk. When I try to use the Bluetooth, I got this error message. I do not understand what to do now. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Please help. Thanks.

This error indicates installation issue. This might occur because your installer doesn’t have sufficient administrative privilege or improper installation source. This is possible because Windows 8 uses the administrative settings to provide extra-security.
First, try to run the software with administrative privilege. Exit the installer, right-click on the setup launcher, select “Run as administrator”. Then, follow the instruction to run the setup.
Also, download the latest driver from Intel Download Center. Then, run the installer.
Also, try to do the following thing too:

Open Registry Editor.

Browse for the following registry section mentioned in the branch.

Right-click on it, select “Permissions…”.

Add your account to be set of “Full Control” of the section.

Run the installation again.
