Integration Manager error during destination uninitialization

Hello,

I have installed the latest version of Integration Manager on my Windows XP Operating System and got the following error message when I tried to run any integration. I found the same problem even after reinstalling the IM. How can I avoid this error without having any issue? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

As an individual who poses a windows operating system it seems to me that this application program error's is rooted in the fact that something may be wrong with its programming codes you will have to consult with the company website to gain the needed information in how to properly code this software. 

If it turns out that this does not result in satisfactory resolvement of this problem you must then turn to the next step and that is to see if the integration manager is infected; with a malware virus therefore you need to download a malware remover.
