I have 4 Desktops Computers running on Windows XP Pro 32-bit. I am having a trouble with the Symantec Endpoint Protection when I install version 12.3.1 it is always request for a reboot. When I reboot the PC’s the log on screen from windows does not appears. What do you think is the problem? I don’t encounter this problem on older version 11.0700.

You are facing this issue because Symantech Endpoint Protection 12.3.1 doesn't work well with Windows XP.
Which service pack are you using? It shouldn't show this problem in service pack 3. If you are using a previous version of XP, do stick with your previous version. Or else,
– Download the Antivirus program again.
– Uninstall any previous antivirus.
– Delete the previous version folder from System Partition > Program Files / Program Files (x86)
– Install the software again.
Hopefully you won't see the problem again.
