I have downloaded powered by vBulletin XP activation code software for my PC. But every time I try to install it my PC restarts. I can't figure out the problem. Can anybody help me on that?

There could be numerous reason why this is happening to your computer. However i have found a solution for your on going issue. Hopefully it will help your computer and make it healthy again.
Here are few step you must try to solve it out.
click on my computer
Click on c drive
Go to c :WindowsSystem32 folder,Finf the files (wpa.dbl) and (wpa.bak), copy them to a safe location.You can burn it on to CD or DVD after reinstalling windows XP from on reformatted hard drive,
click no if asked you want to go ahead and go through the activation procession. Reboot your computer onto safe mode. You can either press F8 as windows is booting up to see the windows advanced options menu and select SAFEBOOT_OPTION=Minimal, Or you can follow the instruction in starting windows XP in a safe mode
Click on my computer
click on c drive and go to the C:WindowsSystem32 folder find the file (wpa.dbl and wpa.bak)
if its exist then rename them to (wpadbl.new). Files from CD or DVD into the
C:WindowsSystem32 folder.
However if you followed the direction in starting windows XP in safemode,You might go back to into MSCONFIG to turn off the booting into safe mod. Your windows XP system is now rieinstalled on your reformatted hard drive,you are all activated without having to go through the product activation process.
