Installation error for virtuozzo for Windows 3.5.1

Hi guys,

I have recently been trying to install virtuozzo for windows 3.5.1, but the installation fails.

It gives me an error and the screen ends up as follows:

The message states:

Virtuozzo for windows 3.5.1 Installer Information

Error 1606. Could not access network locationVZupdatesvirtuozzo for windows 3.5.1 updates 35143

Can anyone please tell me what should I do to remove this error and make a successful installation? What does this error code 1606 means?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for sharing your problem with us, error 1606 comes in action when there is an incorrect setting in one of the following registry subkeys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerUser Shell Folders
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerUser Shell Folders

To solve error 1606 please follow the following steps

1. Click on start button and then click on Run.

2. Now type regedit.exe and then click on ok.

3. Locate the registry keys of the software which you want to repair.

4. Now restart your computer.
