I know for a fact that installing an VMware tool is not commonly required but a friend recently told me that there are advantages of it when one install VMware tools windows 7.
That friend told me that it do improve video / audio performances and improve mouse performance.
The latter got me intrigued, for most IT geniuses, care to explain as to how it will improve mouse synchronization? Â
