Ans. It is very simple to insert different shapes into your Microsoft office presentation. In Microsoft PowerPoint, open your presentation and click on the ‘Insert’ tab of the ribbon. Then click on the ‘Shapes’ icon to open a column. In this column, you will see different shapes. Now choose the shape you wish to use in your presentation.
