Is it really necessary to convert HTML to PDF in cent OS? If it is really necessary, why and how important would that be? And are there software that can do that?

You can create PDF using various software’s. Adobe Acrobat is a software for you. There are also many software’s what can help you and can perform your task. It will make your task easy. You can also use EVO HTML to PDF convertor. There is also HIQ PDF Library.
