Hi

I use an on premise setup of MS Dynamics CRM 2011.

I used the administrator account.

Then I want to import the NFP (Not for Profit) Managed result.

But I get the following error message. 

An error occurred while trying to add the report on the Reporting Services Report

The import of solution: MS Dynamics CRM for NonProfit Organizations failed

Type – Report (Reporting Services Report)

Display Name – Donation History

I need to solve it. Please help me and give a solution.

Hello Ruby,

You will need to check if you can successfully connect to your Reporting Services server.

Check what message you are getting: 

http://servername/reportserver

It is important that you determine if you can be able to gain access to the SRS Server. In the event that you have an on-premise install as well as CRM that is not connected correctly to reporting services, the problem might be possibly be with your trial connecting to reports. Check if you can successfully create a new report.

The solution in a case like the one above will be to create a new trial. Hope this helps.
