Hello,

if I press Continue, then it shows the image shown below. I've done this many times using Memorex and experienced no problems. I was wondering maybe i have to change some of the parameters on ImgBurn. I hope there is more to do than having 25 useless dvds. DVD +R DL!! Failed to set L0 Data Zone Capacity Reason: Cannot Write Medium – Incompatible Format:

This particular error may be attributed to many factors, depending on your DVD-ROM model. In some cases, a simple change in write speed (16x~4x) can make all the difference, while in others, un-ticking an option works. You also need to make sure that all the drivers are installed and updated properly, and that your DVD-ROM is clean. Use a disc cleaner, or a reverse-direction vacuum cleaner to make sure that there is no dirt blocking the lens.
