I believe what you're trying to say is a "flash player" because there is no such thing as a "flash aac". If im correct then this is what you need https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ , this software is used for viewing multimedia like videos and audio through your web browser. About the requirements and compatibilities you'll find it there included in that link.

Hello Kathryn Masud,

If I understand you correctly, you want to install a flash player. Well there are two ways you can watch flash videos, one is on the internet which you see through your browser. For that you have to install a Flash plug-in for your browser, which is very simple, just play a flash video and the browser will automatically prompt you to download the plug-in. Google Chrome has flash re-installed. If you want to play flash videos on your computer, you can use a player like VLC to do that.
