 Hello expert,

I need an urgent and quick solution. I was using Windows XP on my laptop. Some viruses infected my laptop and blocked it. I want to remove Win32 guided tour application. That application is not allowed to appear login Windows. It required me to call on shown numbers and ask a key to unlock your computer. I try to run my computer in safe mode to resolve the problem, but not successful. I have some important data on my desktop, so I am avoiding format and install new Windows. Please tell me any method to get rid of it.

Hello, Toles Hitz!

If a virus affected the system32 file on your Windows computer, Windows will not run on any mode, safe or normal. To avoid losing files, you need to run your computer with virtual Windows CD. With the virtual Windows computer, you can move data from one drive to another hard drive. If you don't have a virtual Windows CD, try to get hold of Hirenboot CD. Hirenboot is a utility CD that is included in Mini-XP. To run a computer with Mini-XP, your computer should first boot from the device and then select CD-ROM. After rebooting, you can see a message run computer with Mini-XP. After successfully running, you can move data normally from drive to drive. Hope this helps solve your problem.
