I have a PDF file. I want to make a transcript from that PDF file as this PDF contains lot of chapters. So I want to turn them to word and make a transcript. Can anyone suggest what software can I use to do it?

You can use PDF converter Elite. This is a good software to turn the PDF into word and you can convert it to other files too. From that you can make a transcript.

Yes Omnipage professional is very good software but I think Adobe acrobat professional is good too but you should what best fits you and makes your work easy.

Omnipage professional is good software but as I am using Adobe Acrobat Professional Version Its quite helpful to me but of course expensive because it is Licensed version Excellent Job done by this website in order to enhance technical knowledge related to different queries
