I am tasked to create a graph based report for my team's performance update for the month of April. I am wondering if the Squid bandwidth graph will help me do my reports faster. May you suggest any additional programs that would help the squid program run best? Do I need to have changes with my PC's settings for me to do this? Do I need to enable my SNMP?
I need more info about squid bandwidth graph
Squid is a proxy server and web cache daemon with a variety of uses, from speeding up a webserver by caching repeated requests to caching web etc. Squid is said to be versatile HTTP caching proxy. It conserves bandwidth, speed up surfing and comes with all kinds of controls to rein unruly users. All you have to do is delete references to web browsers. If using Squid caching, it is preferable to setup Squid as a transparency proxy. Use cfengine or Active Directory to bypass Squid proxy.
