Hallo! I have no idea what has happened to my computer. I have been trying to boot my computer but to no avail. This triggered some memory of a bootable CD that I can use to boot my PC and recover my data. Yes, it is called Mini PE! My biggest worry is that I have no idea have to get that CD and the procedure of working with it. Kindly guide me on how to go about it. Thanks!

Firstly, you can try to boot your system using safe mode. This will boot your system and once booted you can use a pendrive to recover your data which is not been LOST already.
To start your computer in safe mode-
1) Turn on the system and keep pressing F8 until you get a screen with some options in it.
2) Choose safe mode and hit enter. This will start your windows.
Mini pe is a bootable cd which has a lot of features like antivirus programs, data recovery programs and so on.
I would recommend you to Hirens boot cd. It is much better than mini pe. All you have to do is download the ISO file, burn it onto a CD, place this CD into the CD ROM and restart your computer. That's it!
Look for a program called Malware Bytes and run it, this will fix your boot problems and remove all the virus's as well.
