I need help with Outlook Express BMP attachment

Hello there.  I'm trying to insert a BMP file attachment in Outlook Express 6.0.  I'm having an error of "cannot attach file".  Why is this so?  I need help with Outlook Express BMP attachment.  I have a system that runs on Windows XP 64 bit.

Hi Dorothy,

Outlook Express has two ways to send a picture:

  1.  " Drag and drop" method. Simply, you must drag and drop your picture into the mail.
  2. Click insert -> take the path for the image where it's saved in your local machine. Select it and it will be attached into your e-mail.
    And the reason why you can't send your picture could be that it is too big for sending.
