It's the typical, point and click, choose a dialogue kind of game. If you're stuck on certain levels, you could check a walk through on
http://gamefaqs.com.
And If you have problems in figuring out the walk through, there's also a "play through" of that game. Check this channel on YouTube, named arglefumph.
On his channel, just look for the playlist menu and there you can see his play through on different games. Of course there's Nancy Drew: Stay Tuned for Danger.
If it does happen that his channel isn't available or doesn't have the video anymore. You could always try choosing all the dialogued and clicking almost everything you see. But that would take quite some time.
