Hello,

I am attempting to set up a C++ Redistributable package as well as I am meeting this error message dialog:

Extraction Failed
Unable to find a volume for file extraction.
Please verify that you have proper permissions.
                                                                        OK

Also I am getting a related dialog box when I attempt to set up the most recent Silverlight plugin for IE9.

Mention that, I'm using Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit.

Please help.

Thanks.

I advised that you have to download a C++ the is compatible to your Windows 7 operating system to avoid some error. I highly recommend that you try to download C++ that is compatible to your current Operating system. There are so many cases that the software will not run, sometimes it runs but it is not consistent. There will always be a problem.

1. Search in google: C++ software compatible with Windows 7 Os.
2. You will see all the results in your computer screen and select the best download.
3. After downloading kindly install it.

I hope this will be helpful.
