I have a Phone Log Issue. I am using BlackBerry Smartphone and whenever I run same code in OS 5.0 then it works fine but when I run on OS 6.0 It shows null pointer Exception. How can I solve the problem? |

If you upgraded your BlackBerry’s operating system from 5.0 to 6.0 when this problem happens, then maybe the new version already doesn’t accept your code which previously works on the older operating system.
You may also try rebooting your phone then see if you’ll get the same result. Or you can also turn off your phone, open its back cover then remove the battery.
Keep it detach for about 5 – 10 minutes to clear the device’s system. After that, install the battery again then start the phone. See what happens next.
If you really want to make that same code to work again, I think you need to downgrade your phone’s operating system back to 5.0 if it’s still possible.
