I'm thinking if I should get an MTS 3G data card. I would like to know if the MTS Data Card 2012 has a guaranteed speed of 3.1 MBPS and an upload speed of 1.8 MBPS? What about the internet connection, how often does it disconnect? Need feedback on this asap. Thanks.

MTS Data Card had a good response initially during launch but since then the service has only detiorated. There have been huge amounts of Consumer Complaints on it. The speed is never even close to what they promise.The download speed is hardly 1Mbps compared to the promised 3.1Mbps and easily falls down drastically after using half of the plan. Hence I would advice you to choose a network with 3G availability in the area for a data card or you could even prefer a TATA Photon+.
