When the Acro3D.msi file is missing from the system, it causes an error with a message ‘Error 1361 – A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\Windows\Installer\Acro3D.msi.’ To ensure about the error, go to the directed location and check Acro3D.msi file is present in the folder or not. The steps to fix the error code are shown below:

Step 1: Open Windows Control Panel and go to Add/Remove Programs.

Step 2: Start the Acrobat X Suite uninstaller.

Step 3: Select Acrobat X Pro through the Acrobat Suite uninstaller.

Step 4: The above action will remove the Acrobat X product and the RIBS installer entry.

Step 5: When the user is ready to reinstall Acrobat, start the Suite installer and select Acrobat X Pro.
