I got some error with driver deep freeze win 7. My driver for deep freeze seems not working anymore. I noticed some viruses in my computer, the files and data was lost and the desktop icons are corrupted as well. I did install my deep freeze and antivirus software in my windows 7 operating system to protect it from some harmful viruses but I was really disappointed it happened. I need your ideas or some explanation regarding the issue. Thank you.

Hi Ava Larry,

If you saw something unusual in your computer, specially corrupted files, lost data, and a not working software, there are two things to consider. First, your computer has acute viral infections. Second, you have a defective disk drive, just like bad sector perhaps, which causes your computer not to read the software. All you have to do is update your antivirus and scan your pc or consider reformatting your computer, or buying new hard disk.
