Hello

I need to open a website that contains cartoon images with action cartoon pictures on it.

But I could not open it. I am unable to open the box in the corner of my screen and nothing seems to work. The internet connection is firm and yet I wasn't able to open those images.

What can I do and what is the cause of it?

Hello Lokhand,
Here below are some solutions and please check it out.
  1. You shall have the most updated browser. And some new Plug-ins or Windows Medial Player have to be installed.
  2. The RAM memory might not be enough so that you may wish to install some additional RAM.
  3. The connection speed for internet is too slow. If you are using a dial-up connection, a higher speed internet access might be needed. And you can test the download and upload speed at this link
Hope these could be helpful. Have a nice day.

A image can not be opened in your browser for various reasons. It very browser to browser. As for example internet explorer has default setting that allow to play animated cartoon or action pictures, but this default setting may be changed by you or others some how.

So from advanced tab go to the multimedia tab and select allow animation. Then restart the browser. This method is for all browser. However images have various format. So it may require special software, adobe flash player, plugins or addon's. Some times some antivirus or firewall can block this animation.

These don't allow to play any animation or pop up window normally. So from the security setting menu please pull out the tick mark from the field of animation or related terms.

I’m not sure if this can be a problem with the browser you are using because you were able to access the website on your computer. If you have different plug-ins, add-ons, or extensions installed on your browser, try to disable them then refresh the page you are at. See if this works. If this doesn’t work, try to uninstall and reinstall the browser.

Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install it. Once installed, start Revo Uninstaller then select the affected browser among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer.

When it is finished, exit Revo Uninstaller then install your web browser back. See if this works. Try also updating your web browser or use a different browser to access the website. Download the latest versions from this list:

  • Google Chrome – this downloads the offline installer. The latest version at the moment supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. Windows XP and Windows Vista are no longer supported. For Mac users, download Google Chrome for Mac.
  • Opera – this downloads the web installer. If you want the offline installer, go to Download Opera then click the link below the “Download” button. The latest version at the moment supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
  • Mozilla Firefox – this downloads the web installer. If you want the offline installer, click the “Advanced install options & other platforms” link then download your version on the next page. The latest version at the moment supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
  • SeaMonkey – this downloads the offline installer. The latest version at the moment supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
