I am having problems with Manager Rate and I was hoping you could help me.
Whenever I try to log in and then try to get a new template from the Download Manager, I encounter an error message saying “We’re sorry but your last request produced the following error:
Sorry, but you do not have access to any of the functions in our Download Manager”.
Can you help me figure this out?
I would really appreciate it.

You may be denied access to the manager rate possibly because of the account you are using. You may be using an account that does not give you the mandate to download templates from the site, and therefore you will be required to create an account that you can use to log in to the template manager for you to be able to use that service.
Also, if you had an account and you violated the access rights that you were given to use with the download manager, then your account may have been disabled, and therefore you will need to enable it or create another new account.
