I am having problem with Core Audio Manager

Dear Experts,

I am using Lion 7.3. I am having problem with my AVID core audio manager 9.0.3. When I start iTunes it also opens AVID. And when I try to play iTunes they both crash. Can you please help me?

Hi Aubrielillian,
           You are getting problem when you play iTunes and you told you have AVID and it is opening. Now the problem is that you have an AVID audio manager 9.0.3 it has installed in your system but it has some files crashed due to this when you open audio manager it reads but due to crashed files it automatically closed, so you should delete your AVID setup and install again with complete files it will work fine Hopefully this instruction will help you.
