I have problems with my mobile phone. This is my first time to encounter this kind of problem where I cannot do anything because a message is blocking my screen. The error message says that:
The application HTC SENSE (PROCESS COM.HTC.LAUNCHER) HAS STOPPED UNEXPECTEDLYZ> PLEASE TRY AGAIN.” I cannot do anything but hit the FORCE CLOSE button as it is the only option it gave me. Help me resolve my problem please.
HTC Sense application stops unexpectedly

According to the error "HTC SENSE (PROCESS COM.HTC.LAUNCHER) HAS STOPPED UNEXPECTEDLY", please try to follow these steps to solve the problem before the error message appears:
Attention: you will lose all your application data but not your contacts
1. While your HTC sense is loading, click the search icon on the screen.
2. Type the word "settings" and in the appeared list click on the "Settings" application item.
3. Scroll to the "Applications" item and select it. Click on "Manage Applications" and select the "All" button.
4. Scroll to the "HTC sense" item and select it. In the "Application info" screen click on the "clear data" button.
5. You will be prompted to delete your HTC sense application data including files, settings, accounts, databases and so on. Accept and click OK.
6. Click on the home icon and wait until the HTC sense application to be restored. When it is finished, you will be having a clean main screen and the error message is gone.
