I am using HTC Desire 210 which is working fine except its camera.Few days ago when I started the camera application on my phone, the application get dumped and doesn’t get started at all. I switched OFF/ON my phone multiple times but the camera application is not working at all. Please suggest some way to fix this issue.
Since it is the handset’s camera application that is not working then it is a system application that is not working properly. If you already tried rebooting your phone and still nothing happened, try removing the battery. Turn off the handset, open the back cover, and then disconnect the battery.
After maybe 5 minutes, install the battery and then start the phone. See if this works. If the problem continues and the camera application still doesn’t work, this time try doing a factory reset. Before doing this, be sure to backup any important data because it will delete all the files including downloaded and installed apps as well as your accounts.
To start the factory reset, on your phone, navigate to Settings, Backup & reset, Factory data reset, Reset phone, and then finally tap “Erase everything”.
