I am working with Agilent and I am currently receiving a ticket saying that HPCM is idle. Is there a setting to correct it? I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it still the same. Please give me some support on this. Thanks in advance.
HPCM is idle on Agilent
At first you need to go to the control panel and remove the software. But if it shows that the software cannot be removed then restart your PC. After you have opened again the PC, you will see that the software has been removed. Then you can install it again. In this case you can also download the updated version of the software from the internet and install it.
